1. What FaceTwin is

FaceTwin offers celebrity lookalikes, facial-proportion analysis and AI-generated portraits for entertainment. Results are not identity recognition, not a measure of attractiveness or personal worth, and not medical, psychological or cosmetic advice.

2. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. You may only upload photos of yourself. Do not upload photos of other people, of minors, or anything unlawful, sexual or hateful.

3. Credits and payments

• Credits are sold in one-time packs and do not renew. Prices are shown before checkout and charged by Stripe.
• If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically.
• Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request; refunded packs remove their remaining credits.
• Credits have no cash value outside this refund policy and cannot be transferred.

4. Your content

You keep the rights to your photos. You give us a limited licence to process a photo only to produce the result you ask for. You may use the portraits you create for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the AI provider’s terms and the law; do not use them to impersonate anyone.

5. Public figures

Names of public figures appear only as similarity results. They are not affiliated with or endorsing FaceTwin. Do not use results to imply endorsement.

6. Liability

FaceTwin is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date.
